User Agreement
This Agreement is a public offer and defines the terms of use of materials and services posted on the website located at boda.su (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), by visitors and users of this website, including the use of the mobile application "Boda" (hereinafter – the "Mobile Application"), which can be downloaded and installed by an individual on their mobile device (hereinafter – the "Device").
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Site is distributed on the Internet and includes services, information, materials, and data provided by the Site’s editorial team and third parties.
1.2. The Mobile Application is software under the name "Boda," installed on the User’s Device for convenient use of the mobile version of the Site and for access to additional features and services of the Site.
1.3. A User is an individual who gains access to the Site using hardware and software and is one of the parties to this Agreement. User access to the Site means that the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
1.5. Copying and reproduction of Site materials is allowed only with the permission of the Site Administration.
2. User Obligations
2.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be considered as violating Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, generally accepted standards of morality and ethics, as well as any actions that may or could disrupt the normal operation of the Site and its services.
2.2. When fully or partially citing materials of the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is mandatory.
2.3. The User is informed that the Site Administration is not responsible for the User’s visit to or use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
2.4. The Site Administration is not responsible and bears no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or actual losses or damages associated with any Site content, copyright registration, and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or any other contacts the User entered into using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.5. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and bears no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or actual losses or damages related to any Site content, copyright registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or any other contacts made by the User when using information or links from the Site.
3. Other Provisions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency relationships, partnerships, joint activities, employment relationships, or any other relations not expressly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Site Administration.
3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. The inaction of the Site Administration in case of violation by any User of the provisions of this Agreement does not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and intellectual property rights to materials protected in accordance with the law.
3.5. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into effect from the moment they are posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must refuse access to the Site and stop using the materials and services of the Site, including the Mobile Application.
